Home Sleep Test Watch-PAT One Instructions:

WatchPAT ONE – Simple Patient Instructions

Before Bed:

Charge your phone
Download the WatchPAT ONE app
Turn Bluetooth ON
Remove nail polish or fake nails
Do not use hand cream or lotion
Avoid alcohol and caffeine

Set Up the Device (At Bedtime):

Open the WatchPAT ONE app
Follow the on-screen instructions
Wear the watch on your non-dominant wrist
Make it snug, not tight
Place the finger probe on your index finger
Keep the cable straight and comfortable

Start the Sleep Test:

Start the test in the app
Wait for confirmation that recording has started
Go to sleep as normal

During the Night:

Sleep in your usual position
You may get up if needed
If the probe comes off, put it back on

In the Morning:

Wake up and open the app
Stop the test in the app
Remove the device
Upload the study when prompted

Important Tips:

Do not switch hands or fingers
Do not remove the device during the night
Use for one night only
